Buona sera a voi titolari ho direttori ...... mi vergogno in assoluto del comportamento che si ottiene nel nkd di BRUNICO . Sono da parecchio cliente vostra e ogni volta vengo trattata di merda mi scusi per le mie affermazioni che le uso .....ma avete una dipendente che si crede di essere la proprietaria del negozio .....altrettanto avete altre 4 dipendenti che sono cordiali con i clienti e molto educate gentili come una cliente vorrebbe che tutte siano così . La sig. Niderkofler Elisabeth dovrebbe imparare come si serva un cliente e soprattutto la cordialità ed educazione mi verrebbe voglia scrivere un articolo sul giornale per i modi in cui i clienti vengono trattati da questa persona. Mi meraviglio che titolari ho dirigenti non abbiate fatto ancora nulla per procedere ad un licenziamento ... oggi ripeto sono stata nuovamente in negozio e tratta male con un minimo di rispetto aspetto vostra risposta ho chiamata per le scuse da voi titolari .
